With our solution for electronic invoice processing, ExFlow, we have taken a firm grip on this growing market by focusing on customers which use Microsofts Business Solutions Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX. With ExDoc, our application for contract management, we have uncovered a great success by increasing the efficient

handling of our customer’s contracts.

Together with 30 partners in 12 countries we have won a customer base of over 120 companies, many of which are global companies with operations in more than 40 countries.

ExFlow - Electronic invoice processing (EIP)

ExFlow is a fully integrated add-on module for Dynamics NAV and AX that allows customers to approve invoices electronically. Once the invoice is scanned and registered, it is automatically matched to approval rules that determines whom should approve it. Approval is done in a web-based application. Purchase invoices are automatically matched with purchase orders in the ERP system, item by item. It’s that simple!

ExDoc - contract management

More then 90% of all companies handle their contracts manually with storage in folders without comprehensive security routines. With ExDoc you can scan and register all your agreements so that they are searchable in a web application, but only to people who have the right to access them. Of course you will receive a reminder when the contract becomes due!

EDUCATION CENTER

Do you need a place to train your own personnel or customers? Signup Education Center has 11 fully equipped rooms which we rent out. There are from 8 to 26 student computers in each classroom.
