BUSINESS IDEA

Our business idea is to develop applications based on Microsoft’s various programming platforms and market these at the local and global level through partners in different countries. SignUp has a special focus on add-on applications for Dynamics NAV and AX. Furthermore it is our business model to rent out our software instead of selling licenses, in order to create long standing business relationships with our customers as well as to secure stable income over the long term.

 

VISION

The company's vision is that the software we launch shall achieve de-facto status within its niche, both locally and globally.

 

THE COMPANY

As of December 2009, SignUp has 20 employees and a turnover of EUR 1.8 M and a net profit of EUR 0.2 M. The company has two business areas. The core activity is the development and marketing of software. The other is hiring out computer equipped training rooms.

 

SignUp has two software products:

ExFlow for electronic invoice processing in the business systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX.

ExDoc for electronic contract management.

 

Of the company’s product sales, approx. 80% go through 30 partners in 12 countries. These partners are nearly all Microsoft Business Solution Partners who sell and implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX.
